What is included with a new sprinkler and irrigation installation?

A new system can include zone design and coverage mapping, backflow installation and inspection coordination, smart controller setup, appropriately sized sprinkler heads, drip lines for planting beds and trees, trenching, testing, commissioning, cleanup, a watering schedule, and our workmanship guarantee. Your proposal identifies the complete approved scope.

Do you coordinate the city backflow inspection and tag?

Yes. When required for the project, D Fence coordinates the code-compliant backflow installation, applicable permit information, and inspection or tagging steps associated with the new system.

Can smart controllers qualify for Utah water rebates?

Some approved smart-controller models may qualify for rebates through participating Utah water providers. Eligibility and available programs vary, and we can provide the controller and installation information needed for the homeowner's application.

Do you service existing sprinkler systems?

No. D Fence focuses on complete new sprinkler and irrigation system installation, especially for new-construction yards, sod projects, and coordinated landscape builds. We do not provide standalone service calls for existing systems.

How do you design efficient irrigation zones?

Zones are planned around coverage, pressure, sun exposure, slope, and plant type. Lawn, planting-bed, shrub, and tree areas can run on separate schedules so each area receives appropriate water without unnecessary overlap.

Can irrigation be bundled with sod, fencing, or a complete yard?

Yes. New irrigation can be coordinated with grading, sod, planting, retaining walls, concrete flatwork, composite or vinyl fencing, and composite decking under one project schedule and workmanship guarantee.
